Fat hatred? Check

Sexism? Check

Ageism? Check

Hat trick!

H/t rumorofrain. Be sure to read the post that directly relates to the fake ad, which includes the following:

Do people not realize that whenever they bash Clinton for non-politically-relevant things they’re sending an incredibly powerful message to girls everywhere? The message is: No matter how smart you are, how good a job you get, how much money you make, how much power you have, the most important thing about you is how pretty you are and how feminine you act.

  2. Oh gawd, c’mon! So we should all look like we’re perpetually 20, else we “eat the world”?

Also, it might be interesting to some that HC went on severe diets when she was younger in order to fight her natural chub, and she’s been restricting ever since (read Paul Campos’ “Diet Myth”). So if HC is gaining more weight than would would aging alone, maybe her poor body is just finally trying to get back to her setpoint! Grrr.

  3. I’m disgusted by that ad for what is stands for. Just like you said, no matter what you acheive the only thing that matters is that you are attractive.

So forget about being president, be a supermodel where it’s your job to stay thin and be sexy. Being president you wont have time for that stuff cuz of all the “work”. Better to be pretty and stupid then fat/ugly and smart.
